Salesforce and HubSpot connect today.

Import your org in an afternoon, then keep both systems in step with two-way sync you control field by field. Everything else Vesso connects to is listed below with the same status label you would see inside the product, so you can judge fit before you start a trial.

Connect today

Your CRM, your calendar, your calls.

The connections most teams need in week one. Every one is self-serve from Settings.

Salesforce

Setup · About 10 minutes
Live

Connect a production or sandbox org through your own External Client App, preview what is in it, then import accounts, contacts and opportunities.

  • ✓Preview counts before anything moves
  • ✓Accounts, contacts & opportunities
  • ✓Optional two-way sync, field by field
See the connect and sync flow →

HubSpot

Setup · About 2 minutes
Live

One-click OAuth into your portal, then import companies, contacts and deals. Matching means a re-run never duplicates or overwrites what is already in Vesso.

  • ✓One-click OAuth, no keys to copy
  • ✓Companies, contacts & deals
  • ✓Optional two-way sync, field by field

Outlook Calendar

Setup · 2 minutes
Live

Import your Microsoft calendar so external meetings sit alongside Vesso meetings, feed prep briefs and let the notetaker auto-join.

  • ✓Read-only OAuth scope
  • ✓Feeds prep briefs & notetaker auto-join
  • ✓Disconnect anytime from Settings

Google Calendar

Setup · 2 minutes
Beta

Same read-only calendar import for Google Workspace. Connects today; Google shows an "unverified app" screen until our OAuth verification completes.

  • ✓Read-only OAuth scope
  • ✓Feeds prep briefs & notetaker auto-join
  • ✓Pending Google OAuth verification

AI Notetaker for Zoom, Meet & Teams

Setup · On by default
Live

A white-labeled notetaker joins calls on any of the three platforms, records, transcribes and hands the meeting to Vee for live assist and notes.

  • ✓Zoom, Google Meet & Microsoft Teams
  • ✓Unlimited recording on every plan
  • ✓Screen context from shared slides

CSV & spreadsheet import

Setup · Minutes per file
Live

Bring accounts, contacts, deals and history in with mapped imports. Duplicates are caught in a review queue before anything lands in the CRM.

  • ✓Field mapping with preview
  • ✓Duplicate review queue
  • ✓Safe to re-run
Salesforce & HubSpot

Bring the CRM you already have, then keep both in step.

Connect, look at what is actually in your org, and import on your terms. When you are ready, turn on two-way sync and decide field by field which system wins. Both run from the same five-step flow in the app: choose, authorize, preview, import, done.

Your own connected app

Authorizing Salesforce

  1. 1Create an External Client AppVesso shows you the exact callback URL and the two scopes to paste into Salesforce Setup: api and refresh_token.
  2. 2Paste the consumer key and secretStored once for the workspace, encrypted before it reaches the database, and only a workspace admin can set or replace it.
  3. 3Sign in and approveThe handshake finishes on Salesforce’s own screen with PKCE. Vesso never sees your password.

Production and sandbox orgs are both supported. Choose at connect time; token refreshes keep using the right host. My Domain login URLs work too.

Two-way sync

Field by field, not all or nothing.

Every mapped field carries its own direction and its own rule for the case both sides changed since the last pass. Vesso remembers the value the two systems last agreed on, so a field that only moved on one side is applied quietly, and its own write coming back on the next read is recognized and ignored rather than looping.

  • Directions per field: two-way, inbound only, outbound only, or off
  • When both sides changed: last write wins, one side always wins, or send it to a review queue
  • Push computed values out too: MRR into a Vesso_MRR__c custom field
  • Deal stage stays inbound by default, because stage names are your CRM’s vocabulary
  • Scheduled every 15 minutes, plus an immediate push when a record changes in Vesso

Keep VessoKeep Salesforceor resolve the whole queue at once

Up to 5,000 records per object per run

If a run is truncated the summary says so. Nothing fails silently.

Re-running an import is always safe

Records already linked, or matched by name or email, are skipped, never overwritten.

Two-way sync is off until an admin turns it on

Reading never writes. The activation switch is per connection, and admin-only.

The step-by-step version, including the scopes to register and how matching decides what to skip, is in the docs. Read the setup guide →

Beta

Working today, with a caveat.

Each of these is in real use. The caveat is the thing you would otherwise discover after connecting.

Public API v1

Read and write accounts, contacts, opportunities and tasks, and send product events. API keys are scoped, rotatable and revocable.

Caveat: Enabled per workspace after a one-time review by the Vesso team; request it from Admin Settings.

Beta
Signed outbound webhooks

Deliver workspace activity to HTTPS receivers with HMAC signatures and retry visibility.

Caveat: Shares the API access gate above.

Beta
Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Messenger, Discord & Telegram chatbot channels

Deploy a Vesso chatbot into your own messaging workspace using your own app credentials, configured per chatbot in Chatbot Studio.

Caveat: You supply the bot credentials for each platform; Vesso does not yet ship its own listed apps.

Beta
Chrome extension

Capture context from the pages you work in and push it into the CRM without switching tabs.

Caveat: Installed from the app with a workspace token; not yet in the Chrome Web Store.

Private beta · enabled on request

Built, and switched on per workspace.

These connectors are implemented end to end in the product and appear in the Integrations hub, but each depends on a platform application that is still being listed or verified. Until then we enable them for individual workspaces on request and run the setup alongside you. If one of them is decisive for you, tell us when you start your trial and we will give you the honest timeline.

Gmail & Outlook mailboxes

Sync sent and received mail to contacts and accounts, and send cadence steps from your own mailbox.

Why not live yet: Gmail is pending Google OAuth verification; Outlook is rolling out workspace by workspace.

Private beta
Slack alerts, CRM lookups & the Vee Morning Brief

Pipeline alerts, agent proposals and record lookups inside your Slack workspace, plus a personal Vee Morning Brief: today’s meetings, follow-ups due, hot account signals and quiet deals, sent as a direct message at the time each rep chooses. Separate from the chatbot channel above.

Why not live yet: Waiting on our listed Slack app.

Private beta
Ad platforms: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Reddit & TikTok

Connect ad accounts to the campaign builder for spend, attribution and conversion sync.

Why not live yet: Built against each platform API; enabled as each developer application is approved.

Private beta

Not listed at all: Zapier, SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning. None of the three is built. Salesforce and HubSpot are the only CRMs we sync with; Pipedrive, Dynamics and Zoho are CSV imports today. Request an integration →

Security

Security-first connections.

Integrations connect through standard OAuth flows. We request only the access we need, and you can disconnect at any time from your workspace settings.

Read the security docs
  • ✓OAuth 2.0 authorization: we never see your password
  • ✓Connected-app tokens are encrypted at the application level before storage
  • ✓Your Salesforce connected app is created in your own org, and revoked there
  • ✓Calendar scopes are read-only, and CRM write-back stays off until an admin turns it on
  • ✓Two-factor authentication and roles on every plan
  • ✓Disconnect and revoke access anytime from Settings. Imported records stay in Vesso.

Move your CRM in this afternoon.

Start a free trial, connect Salesforce or HubSpot, and see your own accounts in Vesso before you decide anything. Tell us which connector you need next. We prioritize listings by who is waiting on them.
