Vee Memory
Good work compounds.
Knowledge that stays with the account. Shared with people who can access it.
Northwind prefers quarterly invoicing
activeFinance will not approve a single annual line. Quote quarterly on the renewal.
Saved from a meeting · Sep 24Security review goes through Callum

Based on 3 saved memories
Every memory has a source. You decide what stays.Illustrative preview
Every win makes the next one easier.
Most sales tools forget the call the moment it ends. Vee Memory closes the loop: less re-explaining, cleaner handoffs, fewer dropped commitments. Five steps, and a person is in charge of every one.
- 01
Do the work
A call, a Vee chat, an email thread, a deal update.
- 02
Keep what mattered
Save the fact or the process yourself, or accept a suggestion Vee found.
- 03
Review what is shared
Personal by default. Sharing with an account or the team is a deliberate step.
- 04
Reuse it
Vee recalls it in your private chats, briefs it each morning, runs it as a play.
- 05
Refine it
Rate a play, propose better steps, pause a memory that stopped being true.
Three scopes. One deliberate save.
A memory is a short fact or preference with a home: your own voice and habits, knowledge that belongs to an account, or a lesson the whole team should build on. Each one is stamped with where it came from, and each one can be edited, paused or deleted the moment it stops being true.
Add memory
Save one useful fact or preference. You can edit, pause, or delete it whenever you like.

Memory
Who is this useful for?
Vee proposes. You decide what stays.
Turn on nightly learning and Vee reads the new work from your day, then places what it found in a private review inbox with the exact quote it came from. Emails and CRM changes are separate opt-ins. Accept it, dismiss it, or tell Vee to stop learning from that source. Nothing enters recall until you say so.
Built from your work
What Vee learned
Useful context from the work you choose. You decide what stays.
Learn from my work each night
Runs around 4 am in your timezone. Only new activity is processed.
Learn from my customer emails
New CRM-matched emails from your verified mailbox. No attachments, support inboxes, or historical imports.
Learn from my CRM updates
Changed notes, descriptions, and deal next steps on records you own.
Suggestions stay private until you save them. Unreviewed suggestions expire after 90 days.
Northwind wants a two-year term, quarterly invoiced
The CFO would sign a two-year agreement if invoicing stays quarterly and the security review closes first.
“Two years is fine on our side, honestly. Quarterly invoices, and Callum needs to finish his review before anything gets signed.”

What Vee learned
- New suggestions are ready for your review.Review suggestions
The best way you did it, ready to do again.
When a Vee answer nails a process, save it as a play: a set of steps with named inputs like {{account_name}}. Next time, fill the inputs and the play opens as an editable draft in Vee. It never sends, enrolls or creates anything on its own, and the people who use it can rate it and propose better steps.

Promises
Commitments made in meetings and email become tracked follow-ups with the speaker’s exact quote and a proposed due date. Approve, snooze or complete them in one action. The morning brief lists the ones due today.
Account handoff briefs
Open handoff brief on any account pulls together its approved memories, open promises, important people and open deals, with links to the source. A new owner reads it instead of asking around.
An AI that remembers has to be one you can correct.
Every design choice in Vee Memory starts from the same rule: a person decides what is kept, who sees it, and when it goes.
Saved on your say-so
Nothing is remembered automatically. Suggestions wait for review, and a deliberately saved memory stays independent of its source.
Private means private
Your personal memory is scoped to you in that workspace. Admins cannot enumerate it, and shared readers never see your conversation titles.
Reviewed before shared
Sharing with an account or the team requires ticking that you reviewed the content. Viewer seats read, they never write.
Delete means gone
Deleting a memory removes the record. There is no secondary copy or vector index kept behind it.
Yours to export
Export any scope as JSON, memories, plays and provenance included. Brief history and learning suggestions export too.
Bounded by design
Learning runs inside a monthly credit budget admins set, and the morning brief makes no model calls at all.
Fair questions.
Only what someone chooses to save. A memory is a short fact or preference in one of three scopes: For you (your voice and ways of working, private to you), For an account (knowledge that stays with the account and follows it through a handoff), or For the team (lessons and processes the workspace shares). Every memory shows its source and date, and you can edit, pause or delete it at any time.
Not without your say-so. Nightly learning is off until you turn it on, and even then Vee only proposes. It reads new Vee conversations and completed calls (and, if you opt in separately, CRM-matched emails from your verified mailbox and CRM updates on records you own), then places suggestions in a private review inbox with the exact source quote. Nothing enters recall until you save it. Unreviewed suggestions expire after 90 days.
As a direct message from the Vesso bot to your linked Slack account, never to a channel. You pick the delivery time, weekdays, timezone and language, choose which sections to include, and quiet days are skipped by default. Each message carries Brief settings and Pause for 7 days buttons. It uses no AI credits. It needs your workspace’s Slack connection, which is enabled per workspace on request today.
A play is a reusable process, saved from a Vee answer or written from scratch, with up to twelve inputs like {{account_name}}. Using a play fills in the inputs and opens an editable draft in Vee. It never sends email, enrolls contacts or creates records on its own. After a play is used, anyone can rate it and propose improved instructions for the owner to review.
Your personal memory is private to you in that workspace, and admins cannot browse it. Account memory is shared with the people who can access that account. Team memory is shared with the workspace. Sharing anything requires ticking that you reviewed it. Viewer seats can read memory but cannot write to it. Shared readers see a generic source type and date, never another rep’s private conversation.
All of them. Memory, the review inbox, the morning brief and plays are part of Vee, which is included in every Vesso plan. Nightly learning and AI-drafted plays draw on your workspace’s credit allowance, with a monthly learning budget admins can set. Saving memories, using plays and the morning brief itself are free.
Start remembering on purpose.
Vee Memory is on in every plan. Save your first memory today and the next call starts further ahead than the last one did.
