v2026.10.05 · October 5, 2026
Vee now works directly from the dashboard with contextual prompts, recent threads, and a pinned working result. This release also introduces territory planning, adds new lecture capture and processing tools, expands course study workflows, improves chat and Google Ads reliability, and refreshes how current capabilities are presented across vesso.ai.
AI Assistant · Dashboard · Territories · Education · Platform · Campaigns
→Ask Vee from the dashboard, reopen recent conversations, and keep a selected answer visible as a working result
→Model territory changes in a saved scenario, preview ownership, coverage, capacity, pipeline, follow-ups, and handoff context together, then apply the reviewed assignments as one change
→Capture a lecture from the room or from a browser tab, follow each processing stage, and retry when processing fails
→Read uploaded slides and documents page by page, export study guides as PDFs, and track recording hours, lectures, and practice tests
→Get dependable unread chat counts and clearer Google Ads configuration feedback
→Explore refreshed pricing, integration, use-case, comparison, student, and AI notetaker pages on vesso.ai
Added
Vee on your dashboard
Vee is now a view inside the dashboard itself. In standard workspaces, switch between Dashboard, My day, and Vee, and your choice is remembered. Contextual starters help you plan the day, catch up on recent work, or decide what needs attention. Reopen a recent conversation, start a new thread, and pin a selected response beside the conversation as a working result that can be copied or closed when it is no longer needed.
Added
Territory planning scenarios
Workspace admins can create a saved what-if scenario before changing live territory assignments. Adjust territory rules, managers, priorities, capacity targets, and individual account moves, then preview account ownership, coverage, pipeline, follow-ups, and handoff context together. Reviewed changes apply as one operation, and applied scenarios retain a change history with a guarded reversal flow. Pipeline and follow-up figures show only the records each reader is authorized to access.
Improved
Student practice and course study
Student workspaces now offer a fuller path from course material to active recall. Read uploaded slides and documents page by page in a new course-material reader, alongside an improved lecture reader. Build practice tests from lecture content, review grading and prior attempts, share eligible tests, and export study guides as PDFs. Workspace statistics show recording hours, lecture activity, and practice tests created.
Improved
Lecture recording and processing
A lecture recorded through the microphone now keeps the raw room audio so distant speakers remain clear, and a lecture playing on this computer can be captured from its browser tab. The lecture reader shows each processing stage, says plainly when a recording captured no speech, and offers a retry when processing fails. Saved recordings now report their true length, so playback and seeking work immediately.
Fixed
Chat and Google Ads reliability
Unread chat counts stay aligned with conversation activity, and Google Ads configuration and provider errors return clearer feedback. Supporting fixes also improve student note processing and course-material handling.
Changed
A clearer view of Vesso before signup
The Vesso website now presents current product capabilities more clearly across pricing, integrations, use cases, comparison guides, student pages, and the AI notetaker experience. A new anonymized product screenshot on the AI notetaker page shows what Vee sees during a meeting, with fictional participants and anonymized shared content so no customer information appears.
v2026.09.28 · September 28, 2026
Vee now remembers personal preferences, account context, team knowledge, and repeatable plays, with a Learning Inbox that keeps you in control of suggested memories. This release also brings a configurable Morning Brief in Slack, account handoff briefs, promise follow-through, student workspaces, a more flexible meeting experience, new whiteboard themes, mobile refinements, and a clearer introduction to Roleplay Studio.
AI Assistant · Accounts · Collaboration · Meetings · Education · Whiteboards · Mobile · Roleplay
→Save personal, account, and team memory so Vee can use the right context in future interactions
→Turn repeatable workflows into parameterized Plays and review suggested memories in the Learning Inbox before they become active
→Receive a configurable Morning Brief in Slack with meetings, overdue follow-ups, hot account signals, and deals that need attention
→Create an Account Handoff Brief from memories, open promises, key contacts, and active deals, where each reader sees only the records they are authorized to access
→Draft and schedule follow-ups from captured promises, with one-time Slack reminders to keep commitments moving
→Use purpose-built student workspaces for lecture recording, notes, quizzes, and a curated library, with free and paid plans
→Students can build practice tests from one lecture or a whole course, work a spaced review queue, download a course study guide, share a test with classmates, and count down to exam dates
→Rearrange meeting details, start recording in one step, and mark action items and commitments complete from the meeting view
→Work with a new whiteboard theme system and library of visual styles, plus more reliable text and shape editing
→Record phone-first on mobile, with an improved signup flow and a refined greeting experience
Added
Vee Memory
Vee can now carry useful context into future interactions. Personal memory stores preferences, working style notes, and facts privately within your workspace. Account memory attaches shared knowledge to a specific account for teammates who can access it, while Team memory captures processes and institutional knowledge for everyone in the workspace. Every memory shows its source and date, can be paused, edited, deleted or exported, and sharing with an account or the team requires confirming that you reviewed it. Plays turn repeatable workflows into templates with input parameters and open as an editable draft in Vee when used; they never send, enroll or create anything on their own. The Learning Inbox is opt-in: nightly learning reads new Vee conversations and completed calls, with customer email and CRM updates as separate opt-ins, and surfaces suggestions with their source quote for you to review, approve, or dismiss before they become active context. Unreviewed suggestions expire after 90 days.
Added
Vee Morning Brief
Start the day with a concise, actionable summary delivered to Slack. The Morning Brief can include upcoming meetings, overdue follow-ups, hot account signals, and deals that need attention. Choose the delivery time, weekdays, timezone, language, and sections to include; quiet days are skipped automatically. The brief arrives as a direct message to your linked Slack account, never a channel, carries Brief settings and Pause for 7 days buttons, and uses no AI credits.
Added
Account Handoff Briefs
Create a single handoff view from an account's memories, open promises, key contacts, and active deals. Download the brief as a text file or copy its link for a teammate. Each reader sees only the records they are authorized to access.
Added
Promise Follow-Through
When Vee captures a commitment from a meeting, draft and schedule a follow-up directly from the promise. Vee suggests a draft based on the original conversation, and one-time Slack reminders help keep promises from falling through the cracks.
Added
Student Workspaces
Vesso now supports students with purpose-built workspaces for lecture recording, note-taking, and study. Dedicated dashboards, guided walkthroughs, interactive quizzes built from lecture content, and a curated library support the learning workflow. Student Free includes 3 recording hours a month with no card and no expiry, while Student is $12 a month or $96 a year with 30 recording hours, 90-day audio retention and $5 top-ups of 10 hours. Tasks, projects and whiteboards are unlimited on both.
Improved
Meeting Experience
Reorder the cards in the meeting view, minimize cards to the sidebar, or reset to the default layout. Your arrangement syncs across devices. Starting a recording is now a single step, with system audio, meeting audio, and microphone capture plus clearer permission prompts. Action items and commitments can also be marked complete directly from the meeting view.
Improved
Whiteboards
Whiteboards now include a theme system with a library of visual styles. Text editing and shape tools are more reliable, and the canvas makes better use of the available screen space.
Improved
Mobile experience
Mobile users now get phone-first recording, an improved signup flow, and a more refined greeting experience.
Improved
Roleplay Studio introduction
The Roleplay Studio page now includes in-app screenshots and introduces the practice cast by name.
v2026.09.21 · September 21, 2026
Vesso now runs in six languages, with separate settings for the interface, what you speak in meetings, and the language Vee writes in. This release also adds workspace-wide Call Intelligence, a spoken Vee, a daily planning view, a dark theme across every surface, and Google Ads conversion tracking from ad click through trial start.
Platform · Conversation Intelligence · AI Assistant · Meetings · Dashboard · Campaigns · Security
→Work in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish, with separate settings for the interface, what you speak in meetings, and the language Vee answers in
→Review topics, risks, tracked phrases, talk patterns, methodology scorecards, and deal coverage across every recorded call
→Save the best moments to a workspace call library and coach on them in threaded comments with @mentions, reactions, and a Received and Sent inbox
→Talk to Vee out loud from Vee Chat or the header, with live captions, interruption, and an admin-selected workspace voice
→Open My Day with Vee for the priorities, focus blocks, meeting prep, and dates ahead, then ask Vee to walk you through the day out loud
→Re-run AI meeting notes in a chosen language with your own instructions, while the existing notes stay in place until the new set succeeds
→A dark theme covers every workspace surface and follows your system setting, a workspace default, or your own toggle
→Google Ads conversions are tracked from ad click through account creation and trial start, gated on marketing consent
Added
Vesso in six languages
The workspace is available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Language and voice settings keep three choices apart: the interface language, the language you speak in meetings and practice sessions (with regional variants such as English (UK), Spanish (Spain), and Portuguese (Brazil)), and the language Vee uses for notes, coaching feedback, and replies. Speech and AI follow the interface language until you set them yourself, individual practice sessions can run in another language, and existing conversations and records keep their original text. Only the language you select loads in the browser, so the app stays fast.
Added
Call Intelligence across every call
Insights now reports on the whole workspace. Trends group recurring topics and risks, Trackers count workspace-defined phrases with per-rep breakdowns and one click to the moment in the recording, Performance pairs talk ratio, monologue length, and question rate with a rep by methodology-dimension scorecard and leaderboard, and Deals roll calls up to the account or opportunity they touched with engagement depth, multi-threading, and time since the last conversation. Every view applies existing meeting privacy, so private meetings stay out of team aggregates.
Added
Call library and coaching threads
Open an analyzed call, find the moment worth copying, and use Save to library to keep it for the team. Clips can be renamed, searched, grouped into collections, and removed without touching the call or its recording. Coaching threads anchor comments to a moment in the recording with replies, @mentions, reactions, and a Received and Sent inbox, so a rep sees feedback in one place. Managers who coach the call owner can comment even when they were not in the room.
Added
Talk to Vee
Vee Chat and the header quick chat now take spoken input. Words appear live while you speak, the spoken reply starts before the full answer is finished, and captions and action cards stay in the same conversation. Interrupt stops playback and starts listening again, and the microphone closes while Vee answers so the reply is never fed back in. Admins pick the workspace voice in Admin Settings and decide whether members may choose their own.
Added
My Day with Vee
A new dashboard view opens with the handful of things worth doing first, suggested focus blocks around the meetings already on the calendar, prep for the next meeting, and the dates coming up. Set your start hour, finish hour, and focus length; suggested blocks stay suggestions until you book them. Walk me through my day turns the same plan into a spoken briefing you can interrupt with questions, and each briefing uses workspace AI credits.
Added
Re-run AI meeting notes
Re-run notes on a recording from the meeting itself, choose the language the new notes should be written in, and add instructions for what to emphasize. The re-run claims the notes atomically, so two people cannot start one at the same time, and the existing summary, action items, and decisions stay in place until the replacement succeeds.
Added
Dark theme across the workspace
A dark theme covers the dashboard, CRM, analytics, content, data sources, deal rooms, feeds, insights, leads, queues, tasks, calendar, Roleplay Studio, and the shared app surface, and it takes its tone from your workspace accent color. Vesso follows your system setting by default, admins can set a default appearance for the workspace, and your own toggle takes over once you use it.
Added
Google Ads conversion tracking
Vesso captures the Google click ID on the marketing site once marketing cookies are accepted, carries it through signup, and records account creation and trial start as conversions. Offline conversion upload returns those events to Google only where marketing consent was granted, and the campaign drawer shows tracked signups and trials next to spend. Consent Mode v2 starts denied, the Google tag loads after opt-in, and withdrawing consent clears the stored click ID.
Improved
Campaign budget guardrails
Google Search campaigns created in Vesso are checked before they reach Google. A daily budget above 100,000 or a currency bid target above 10,000 in the ad account currency is refused with a message naming the amount, so a slipped decimal point does not become real spend. Larger budgets can still be set in Google Ads and sync back into Vesso.
Improved
Call access controls
Library listings and scorecards are filtered by who can open the underlying call, so a private meeting stays invisible to everyone who was not in it. Clips cannot be saved from one workspace while working in another. Share-link viewers can watch a recording but cannot read or post in coaching threads. Mentions are limited to active members who can open that call, so a mention cannot leak a call title or a comment excerpt.
v2026.09.13 · September 13, 2026
Vesso Meet brings browser-based video meetings into the workspace where customer context already lives. This release also adds guided Salesforce and HubSpot connections, completes the cardless trial experience, expands Roleplay Studio, and strengthens attribution and campaign workflows.
Meetings · Collaboration · AI Assistant · CRM · Onboarding · Analytics · Platform
→Start a Vesso Meet from a conversation or calendar event; external guests join from a browser link with no download or Vesso account
→Check camera, microphone, speakers, and device selections in a pre-join lobby, then admit guests through a host-controlled waiting room
→Share a screen, raise a hand, react, follow live captions, and use participant controls without leaving Vesso
→When Vee notes are enabled, the host team receives a recap connected to the event and, when linked, the relevant account and opportunity
→Connect Salesforce or HubSpot over OAuth and import accounts, contacts, and opportunities without overwriting matching Vesso records
→Create a workspace with Google, Microsoft, or email and begin a seven-day trial without adding a credit card
→Roleplay Studio adds more expressive personas, meeting rehearsals, coaching insights, and faster scenario assignment
→Measure the funnel with cookieless first-party attribution, workspace-level LinkedIn conversion tracking, and expanded audience and creative workflows
Added
Vesso Meet: video meetings in the workspace
Run browser-based video meetings inside Vesso. Start from a conversation or calendar event, and invite customers, prospects, or partners with a link. Guests can join without downloading an app or creating a Vesso account.
Added
Pre-join setup and host-controlled entry
Preview your camera, check your microphone, choose devices, and play a test tone before joining. Device preferences persist between meetings, while the waiting room leaves the host in control of when external guests enter.
Added
Live collaboration and Vee notes
Meetings include screen sharing, hand raising, reactions, live captions, and participant controls. Supported browsers add background blur and noise suppression. When Vee notes are enabled, everyone sees a clear disclosure and the host team receives a recap connected to the event and, when linked, the relevant account and opportunity.
Added
Salesforce and HubSpot connections
Connect Salesforce or HubSpot through a guided OAuth flow, preview record counts and representative data, and import accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Conservative deduplication skips matching records instead of overwriting them, and automatic token refresh keeps connections current.
Improved
The cardless trial, end to end
New eligible workspaces begin a seven-day trial without a card. Trial status and remaining time stay visible in the workspace, and customers choose a paid plan and add payment details only when they are ready to upgrade.
Improved
More realistic Roleplay practice
Roleplay Studio adds more expressive personas, portraits, and voice profiles, along with meeting rehearsal flows, coaching insight cards, a dimension radar, and faster scenario assignment and contact selection.
Added
Attribution and campaign measurement
Cookieless web analytics now use first-party attribution, while workspace-level LinkedIn conversion tracking supports Insight Tag and Conversions API events. The in-app conversion panel, audience-list management, and ad creative workflows also expanded.
Improved
Platform and workflow reliability
Email summaries now resolve through active workspace membership, blog newsletter images render more reliably in Outlook, and company matching and CRM token refresh are more resilient. Picklist selection, PDF export, long-form text entry, password recovery, mobile layouts, and campaign responsiveness also received refinements.
v2026.09.07 · September 7, 2026
Vesso now connects directly to LinkedIn and Meta Ads, bringing campaign planning, performance reporting, audience configuration, and campaign controls into the same workspace as your CRM. →Create campaigns with guided budget, schedule, targeting, and launch controls
→Use Configure with Vee to translate an ideal customer profile into LinkedIn targeting selections

→Practice with live coaching prompts, battle cards, cockpit controls, and expanded coaching insights in Roleplay Studio
→Convert meeting notes and action items into editable flowcharts, swimlanes, or kanban whiteboards
→Keep speaker names and voice assignments consistent across live meetings, transcripts, recordings, and shared meeting views
Added
LinkedIn and Meta Ads connections
Connect authorized LinkedIn and Meta ad accounts at the workspace level so campaign access and reporting are shared with the right team. Campaign budgets, delivery status, spend, impressions, clicks, and engagement metrics sync into Vesso.
Added
Guided campaign launches
Campaign Launcher now guides teams through budget, schedule, objective, audience, and targeting decisions. LinkedIn campaigns can also use Configure with Vee to turn a saved ideal customer profile into targeting recommendations.
Improved
Campaign performance and CRM context
Open a campaign drawer for pacing and performance details, assign an owner, archive completed work, and connect campaign activity to CRM records or an email campaign.
Improved
Roleplay coaching cockpit
Roleplay sessions now combine live whisper guidance, battle cards, cockpit settings, and coaching insights. Reps can keep relevant guidance visible during a practice call and review performance after the session.
Added
Whiteboards generated from meetings
Turn meeting notes and action items into a collaborative whiteboard using a flowchart, swimlane, or kanban layout. Every generated element remains editable so teams can refine ownership, dependencies, and next steps together.
Improved
Consistent speaker identity
Speaker names, colors, and voice assignments now follow one identity model across live meetings, completed transcripts, recording shares, and transcript filters. Recurring-event attendance also carries into individual meeting occurrences more reliably.
Improved
More natural conversations with Vee
Vee now uses a more direct, conversational writing style across product interactions and can create planned campaigns directly from chat.
Improved
Advertising integration controls
Advertising credentials remain encrypted and workspace-scoped. Meta connections now include signed deauthorization and data-deletion callbacks, while conversion measurement honors marketing-consent and ad-attribution signals.
v2026.09.02 · September 2, 2026
Self-serve signup is open. Anyone can create a workspace with Google, Microsoft or an email address and start a 7-day free trial without a credit card. Account creation is shorter, and sign-ups from disposable or relay email domains get a quick review before the workspace is activated.
Onboarding · Billing · Security · Platform
→Create a workspace directly from vesso.ai with Google, Microsoft or email; no invite or waitlist
→Every self-serve plan (Solo, Starter, Professional and Growth) starts with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required
→A shorter account-creation screen: name, email and password, then straight into workspace setup
→Sign-ups from disposable or relay email domains are held for a quick review before activation
Added
Self-serve signup, open to everyone
The private beta and its waitlist are retired. Anyone can create a Vesso account at app.vesso.ai/signup using Google, Microsoft or an email address and password, then set up a workspace in the same flow. Every new eligible workspace starts its trial immediately; choosing a paid plan comes later.
Added
7-day free trial on every self-serve plan
Solo, Starter, Professional and Growth each start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. Explore Vesso with Vee, unlimited meeting recording and the core CRM, then choose a paid plan and add a card when you are ready.
Improved
Shorter account creation
The account-creation screen asks for less up front. Company details, team size and workspace shaping now live in the setup wizard after the account exists, so getting from the signup form into the product takes fewer steps.
Improved
Review for disposable and relay email domains
Sign-ups from disposable, temporary or relay email domains are placed in a short review queue instead of being activated immediately. Most are cleared quickly; if a sign-up is held, the address on file receives an email once it is approved. Work and personal addresses on established domains are not affected.
v2026.08.31 · August 31, 2026
This release lets Vee use shared slides and screens during live meetings for coaching, answers, notes, and playback; adds calendar invites with built-in RSVP; upgrades practice calls with live captions and lower-latency audio; and strengthens account and workspace controls.
Meetings · AI Assistant · Calendar · Onboarding · Email · Security · Billing · Platform
→Let Vee see the slides and screens shared in a live meeting, whether the Vesso Notetaker joins or you record from your browser, and get coaching, answers, and notes grounded in what is on screen
→Send calendar invitations with built-in RSVP directly from Vesso and track attendee responses from the event
→Practice calls now include real-time captions, a voice-activity ring, and lower-latency audio so conversations sound and feel more realistic
→Choose which product updates reach you in-app or by email, with delivery timing that fits your workflow
→Confirm email addresses before workspace access and validate phone numbers provided during signup
→Give teammates read-only viewer access without edit or configuration permissions
→Review credit utilization across workspaces and follow a clearer resubscription path when a plan lapses
→Open shared recordings in dark mode with improved keyboard and screen-reader navigation
Added
Screen context in live meetings
Vee now watches the screen shared during a live meeting and keeps a snapshot each time it changes, from both the Vesso Notetaker and browser recordings that capture meeting audio. It reads the slide, sheet, or record on screen, uses those figures and names in live assist nudges and in the in-meeting Vee panel, and includes the screens that shaped the conversation in the meeting notes. Webcam video is never stored: the Notetaker takes screenshare frames only, and browser capture masks moving video tiles before a snapshot is saved. Screen context is on by default and reads each screen using workspace AI credits; it can be paused mid-meeting with one click, has a per-user setting, and can be disabled for the whole workspace by an admin.
Added
Screens after the meeting
Every screen Vee kept appears in a Screens tab on the meeting with a one-line Vee note and reaction, and the filmstrip under the recording follows playback, so clicking a screen jumps to that moment. Slides can be copied or downloaded as PNG, exported together as a PDF with Vee's notes and the transcript lines spoken over each, included in recording shares, and added to a deal room as a meeting deck buyers can browse. Conversation intelligence adds a per-slide view of time on screen, talk split, sentiment, and objections, and prep briefs carry a "Last time you showed" section from the last linked meeting. The meeting organizer can forget a single screen or all of them at any time.
Added
Calendar invites with RSVP
Create calendar events and send email invitations to attendees directly from Vesso. Each invitation includes a branded RSVP page where recipients can accept, decline, or respond as tentative. Responses sync back to the event so organizers can track attendance without switching tools.
Improved
More realistic practice calls
Practice calls now display real-time captions during the conversation, with a voice-activity ring that provides visual feedback while speaking. Audio handling has been rebuilt for lower latency, and scenario options have been expanded so rehearsal sessions feel closer to real conversations.
Added
Personal update preferences
A new preferences panel lets each user choose which updates reach them in-app and which are also delivered by email. Controls cover workflows, agents, alerts, deals, tasks, team activity, messages, calendar activity, CRM updates, service, outreach, and system notices. Preferences apply to future sends.
Improved
Signup verification and security
New accounts confirm their email address before accessing workspace features, while phone numbers provided during signup are validated and normalized. A legacy cookie-handling issue that could preserve stale session state has also been resolved.
Added
Read-only viewer access
Workspace admins can give teammates a viewer seat for read-only access to browse and search workspace content without edit or configuration permissions. Viewer access is managed from the Users tab and its fixed permission set cannot be modified.
Improved
Billing and credit controls
Credit utilization is now visible across the workspaces a user belongs to. Trial expiration is enforced consistently, and workspaces that lapse receive a clear path to resubscribe and restore access.
Improved
Shared recordings
Public recording pages now support dark mode and improved keyboard and screen-reader navigation.
Improved
Signup and invite flow
Invited users no longer pass through a separate waitlist approval step. The invite signup flow, error messaging, and waitlist email templates have been refined for a clearer path into the workspace.
Fixed
Meeting, dashboard, and sharing reliability
Duplicate transcript segments, speaker-label mismatches, dashboard calculation errors, and broken sharing links have been corrected. Inactive workspace API access is now blocked consistently.
v2026.08.24 · August 24, 2026
This release expands team chat with scheduling, search, saved messages, polls, and presence controls; introduces admin-enabled Account Radar for account discovery; launches a public meeting prep brief tool; and adds price books and deal rooms to quoting workflows.
Collaboration · Account Intelligence · Sales Tools · CPQ · Email · Security · Platform
→Schedule messages, search conversations, save important updates, run polls, and manage presence and notification preferences in team chat
→Configure Account Radar as a workspace admin to discover accounts that match selected ideal customer profiles and review results before adding them
→Generate and share a research-backed meeting prep brief from a company domain and conversation topic at vesso.ai/prep
→Manage product catalogs with price books and bring quotes, resources, and buyer collaboration together in deal rooms
→Give email recipients workspace-specific controls for full or category-level opt-outs
→Use flexible workspace views and dashboard options designed for teams that do not organize their work around a traditional CRM pipeline
→Access Vesso's Data Processing Addendum and current subprocessor list through new public trust pages
Added
Expanded team chat controls
Team chat now supports scheduled messages, conversation search, saved messages, inline polls, automatic link previews, and a channel details view. Presence, custom status, do-not-disturb schedules, and per-conversation notification levels give each teammate clearer control over availability and attention.
Added
Admin-enabled Account Radar
Workspace admins can configure Account Radar to discover accounts against selected ideal customer profiles, set fit thresholds and review limits, and inspect findings before adding accounts to the workspace. Account-level controls help teams avoid duplicate discoveries across scans.
Added
Public meeting prep briefs
The new prep tool at vesso.ai/prep turns a company domain and meeting topic into a research-backed brief with company context, recent signals, talking points, questions, likely objections, and an opening approach. Briefs can be shared through private links, and expanded playbook content unlocks after email capture.
Added
Price books and deal rooms
Revenue teams can organize products and pricing in price books, then use deal rooms to bring opportunity resources, buyer collaboration, and interactive quotes into one shared workflow.
Added
Workspace email preference center
Recipients of workspace emails can manage preferences through signed links, including full unsubscribe and category-level opt-outs. The controls connect directly to workspace suppression rules so future sends respect each recipient's choices.
Improved
Flexible workspace views and dashboards
Teams that operate outside a traditional CRM pipeline can choose workspace views that fit their workflow. New dashboard options, refined onboarding, theme settings, user management, and navigation controls make it easier for admins to shape the workspace around how their team works.
Improved
Public-flow and upload protections
Signup, waitlist, and meeting prep flows now include bot protection and request controls. Chat uploads enforce file-size and file-type rules, sanitize filenames, and verify attachment ownership before content is made available.
Added
Enterprise data processing resources
Vesso now publishes its Data Processing Addendum, a downloadable DPA PDF, and an authoritative subprocessor list with vendor purpose and hosting region. Customers can also subscribe to notice of future subprocessor changes.
Fixed
Meeting, sidebar, and signup reliability
Recent recording results, recording deletion, meeting names, hidden meeting states, recent conversation ordering, and signup error messages now behave more consistently across their related workflows.
v2026.08.17 · August 17, 2026
This release keeps the material behind a conversation attached to the meeting itself. Teams can add working files while a call is live, focus transcript review on selected speakers, turn meeting outcomes into editable whiteboards, and export conversation intelligence as a shareable PDF report.
Meetings · AI Assistant · Whiteboards · Conversation Intelligence · Collaboration
→Add decks, documents, spreadsheets, screenshots, and notes to a live meeting so Vee can use their contents during the conversation
→Filter diarized transcripts to one or more speakers in live and post-call meeting views
→Generate an editable, collaborative whiteboard from meeting notes and action items using Workflow, Swimlanes, or Kanban layouts
→Export completed conversation intelligence as a branded, searchable PDF with scorecards, coaching, talk time, sentiment, topics, and flags when available
→Work in a roomier calendar and live meeting layout with clearer viewport behavior and consistent timezone-based actions
Added
Live meeting context files
Teams can add PDFs, presentations, Word documents, spreadsheets, CSV files, Markdown, text files, and common image formats from the meeting workspace. Vesso extracts the material, keeps it attached to the meeting, and makes ready files available to Vee during the live conversation.
Added
Speaker-focused transcript review
Diarized transcripts now show speaker filter chips when multiple voices are available. Select one speaker or combine several to isolate the exchange that matters, then clear the filters to return to the full conversation.
Added
Meeting-to-whiteboard follow-up
Vee can turn meeting notes and action items into a new collaborative whiteboard. Workflow maps dependencies and decisions, Swimlanes organizes work by owner, and Kanban arranges next steps as Now, Next, and Later cards. Generated boards stay editable and link back to the source meeting.
Added
Conversation intelligence PDF reports
Completed conversation intelligence can be exported as a branded vector PDF with selectable text. Reports include the analysis available for that meeting, such as methodology scorecards, coaching feedback, talk-time distribution, sentiment, topics, and flagged moments.
Improved
Calendar and live meeting workspace
Calendar sizing, viewport behavior, transcript scrolling, and live meeting presentation have been refined so active meeting content is easier to follow. Timezone-based actions now use a consistent interpretation across calendar workflows.
v2026.08.10 · August 10, 2026
This release connects Vesso to Slack for team alerts and direct access to CRM context, expands lead operations with custom fields and queue-based routing, adds file attachments to Vee conversations, and gives admins more control over meeting assistants, usage, and member permissions.
Slack · Lead Management · AI Assistant · Meeting Intelligence · Administration
→Connect a Slack workspace through OAuth, choose a public channel, and deliver deal alerts, digests, and workflow messages where teams already work
→Use Vesso from Slack through direct messages, mentions, and commands for pipeline, deal, and task context
→Define custom CRM fields and route inbound leads from forms into prioritized team queues
→Attach images, PDFs, CSV files, and Excel workbooks to Vee conversations for document-aware research and planning
→Configure meeting-assistant identity, consent messaging, auto-join behavior, and branded recording states at the workspace level
→View token consumption and apply role-based or member-specific permissions from workspace administration
Added
Slack workspace integration
Admins can connect one Slack installation to a Vesso workspace through OAuth, select a default public channel, and send alerts, digests, deal updates, or workflow messages into Slack. Team members can link their Slack identity and use direct messages, @mentions, or /vesso commands to retrieve pipeline, deal, and task context.
Added
Custom fields and queue-based lead routing
Workspace admins can define custom fields for accounts, contacts, deals, and leads. Inbound form submissions can enter lead queues with configurable members, routing modes, priorities, service-level targets, and capacity limits, giving revenue teams a consistent way to distribute and work new demand.
Added
File attachments in Vee chat
Vee conversations now accept images, PDFs, CSV files, and Excel workbooks. Attached material becomes part of the conversation context for document review, research, planning, and analysis, and users can expand an inline conversation into the full chat view while keeping its history.
Added
Workspace-branded meeting assistant
Enterprise workspaces can present the meeting assistant with custom recording and paused-state visuals. Admins can also manage the assistant name, consent message, auto-join policy, and behavior when the meeting owner is absent.
Added
Gmail connection and email settings
Users can connect Gmail from the email integrations settings and manage the active connection in one place. Single-connection enforcement keeps mailbox sync tied to the intended provider and account.
Improved
Usage visibility and member permissions
Workspace administration now shows token consumption and supports clearer role-based access. Admins can grant or deny individual capabilities for a member on top of that person's role, giving teams more precise control over CRM, AI, and administrative actions.
Improved
Meeting and CRM continuity
Meeting context now carries into associated contact and opportunity views, the post-meeting flow has fewer handoffs, and Vee responses during meetings use natural conversational language. Queue pages, loading states, and core CRM surfaces have also received a consistent visual update.
v2026.08.08 · August 8, 2026
This release introduces Roleplay Studio: live voice practice calls against AI buyer personas with real-time interruption, presentation rehearsals for QBRs and exec updates, evidence-backed scorecards, scenarios rebuilt from real recorded calls, and manager-assigned drills with a team leaderboard.
Meetings · Sales Coaching · AI Agents · Conversation Intelligence
→Live voice roleplays with natural, interruptible AI buyers: barge-in works in both directions, and personas hold character across long calls
→Presentation rehearsal mode for QBRs, budget pitches, and exec updates: the audience listens, interjects, then grills you in Q&A, with pacing and filler-word metrics
→Weighted, evidence-backed scorecards quote your own transcript and check objectives off one by one
→"Practice what actually happened" rebuilds any recorded call's buyer as a targeted drill using conversation intelligence
→Managers assign scenarios with due dates and target scores; scored calls auto-complete assignments and feed the team leaderboard
Added
Roleplay Studio
A practice environment for revenue teams: scenario gallery with six ready-made personas across cold calls, discovery, renewals, QBRs, budget pitches, and exec updates; an immersive call stage with live captions; and a post-call debrief with weighted scores, transcript evidence, strengths, and missed opportunities.
Added
Realtime voice practice
Speak naturally and the buyer answers in a lifelike voice within about a second. Either side can interrupt the other mid-sentence, and practice sessions survive page refreshes with one-click resume.
Added
Presentation rehearsal
Rehearse high-stakes presentations in two phases: the audience mostly listens while you present (interjecting when you hand-wave), then works through their hardest questions in Q&A. Scorecards add words-per-minute and filler-word counts.
Added
Scenarios from real calls
Rebuild any recorded call into a practice scenario: the same buyer, the same objections, aimed at the moments that went sideways, with an optional coaching focus.
Added
Manager assignments and team analytics
Assign practice with due dates and target scores. Scored sessions complete assignments automatically, notify the assigner, and roll up to a workspace leaderboard.
v2026.08.03 · August 3, 2026

Initial attribution reporting connects campaign activity to downstream results. Management views now extend call-performance analytics across reporting teams for a clearer view of coaching and execution trends.
Added
Enterprise SSO and viewer access
Enterprise workspaces can configure Azure AD single sign-on scoped to their own Entra tenant. A new viewer role provides read-only access for stakeholders who need workspace visibility while keeping record changes and AI actions restricted.

Enrichment controls and web analytics
Workspaces can choose an internet-scan enrichment path alongside configured data-provider workflows. Subdomain tracking expands web analytics coverage across connected properties.
Improved
Workspace and AI agent protections
Server-side permission enforcement now applies workspace-level user and billing overrides. Shared content receives expanded sanitization, membership and file-sharing flows apply stronger tenant checks, and autonomous agents use stricter handling for untrusted inbound content.

Meeting reliability and calendar clarity
Notetaker absence detection, meeting playback, quick recording, and mobile cockpit behavior have been refined. Calendar views now distinguish the current day and past dates while exposing more detail on hover.
Improved
Plans, interface, and delivery pipeline
Updated plans add clearer user caps and viewer access. The Vee interface now uses more consistent chat and action patterns, while prebuilt production artifacts and smaller application bundles improve deployment consistency.
Improved
Marketing site
The redesigned Vesso site introduces updated product imagery, a refreshed homepage, clearer use-case storytelling, improved blog pages, and revised pricing content.

Vesso can keep inbound engagement active when the team is offline, then surface live prospecting research and engagement tools directly in the app. Intent scoring helps teams prioritize the prospects showing the strongest buying signals.

Workspace admins can tune how Vee captures meetings and handles prospecting conversations, making AI outputs better match each team's sales process, terminology, and coaching style.

Win-loss analysis
A dedicated win-loss analysis view gives teams a structured place to review deal outcomes, capture patterns, and identify where messaging, qualification, or execution can improve.

Contact and company enrichment now uses live web search signals to improve profile context, with reliability fixes across the enrichment pipeline.
Improved

Threaded replies, cleaner role options, a rebuilt invite flow, stronger pending-user access handling, and admin settings deployment fixes make collaboration and workspace management more reliable.

v2026.07.20 · July 20, 2026
This release expands Vesso across revenue operations, customer data, workspace administration, and developer platform controls, with new quote workflows, CDP views, reporting hierarchy, granular permissions, admin impersonation, signed webhooks, event ingestion, and S3 Vectors for chatbot retrieval.
Revenue Operations · Quotes · CDP · Team Management · Security · API · Automation
→Revenue Integrity Hub adds quote-to-order tracking, pipeline stage gates, and error-rate trends alongside existing data-health and reconciliation tools
→Quote workflows now include line items, proration, custom branding, approval tracking, and AI-assisted generation alongside existing public quote links
→A new CDP workspace brings unified profiles, identity graph views, field mapping, sync monitoring, and conflict resolution into the app
→Team hierarchy adds reporting relationships, org-chart management, and hierarchy-aware CRM, dashboard, and pipeline scopes
→Security and admin controls add granular permissions, stronger passwords, admin impersonation audit logs, SSRF-protected webhooks, and IAM-native S3 Vectors
Improved
Revenue Integrity Hub
Revenue teams now have a dedicated surface for data health scoring, reconciliation, duplicate review, workflow misfire inspection, and quote-to-order pipeline integrity. Error-rate trends and stage-gate controls help keep forecast and transaction data clean as deals move forward.
Improved
Quote workflows with public buyer links
Teams can create quotes from pipeline context, add line items with proration, apply quote branding, share public quote links, and track status through approval and signature. AI-assisted quote generation is available from the quote workflow.
Added
Customer Data Platform workspace
A new CDP section brings profile browsing, identity graph views, field mapping, pipeline visualization, sync-run monitoring, conflict resolution, billing attribution, and activity history into one workspace.
Added
Team hierarchy and org chart
Admins can define reporting relationships and manage them in an interactive org chart. Dashboard, CRM, and pipeline views now respect hierarchy-aware scopes, so managers can see records across their reporting chain.
Added
Granular permissions
Workspace permission management now supports a fixed catalog for read, write, admin, billing, users, and team access, with role baselines and per-user grant or deny overrides.
Added
Admin impersonation with audit logging
Admins can start short-lived impersonation sessions to troubleshoot as a team member. Sessions are visible in the app, expire after one hour, block password changes, and write audit records when they start and end.
Improved
Public API events and signed webhooks
POST /v1/events accepts product signals tied to contacts by email, writes matched events to the contact timeline, and triggers workspace workflows. Outbound webhooks use HTTPS-only endpoints, signing secrets, delivery logs, retries, and SSRF validation.
Improved
S3 Vectors for chatbot retrieval
Chatbot retrieval now runs on Amazon S3 Vectors with IAM-native authentication. This removes the external vector database dependency from the chatbot stack.
Improved
Agent-backed cadence and workflow steps
Cadences and workflow builder steps can now call AI agents for sequenced outreach, enrichment, deal research, and news scouting. Enrichment caching reduces repeated third-party lookups.
Improved
Workspace chat channels
Workspace chat now supports topic-based channels, channel management, and dedicated file and link views for shared context.
v2026.07.16 · July 16, 2026
This release expands Vesso’s developer platform and revenue operations surface with Public API v1 beta access for enabled workspaces, signed outbound webhooks, quote management, public quote links, data-health monitoring, duplicate review, reconciliation, and pipeline stage gates.
API · Webhooks · Quotes · Revenue Operations · Data Quality · Pipeline
→Public API v1 beta now supports authenticated reads, writes, tasks, and product event ingestion for enabled workspaces
→Outbound webhooks deliver signed HTTPS events with HMAC verification, retry handling, and delivery visibility
→Quote management introduces quote composition, status tracking, and public quote links for buyer review
→Revenue Integrity brings data-health scoring, duplicate review, reconciliation, and misfire visibility into the workspace
→Pipeline stage gates help teams require key fields before deals move into sensitive forecast stages
Added
Public API v1 beta for enabled workspaces
Enabled workspaces can now use workspace-scoped API keys to read accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks; create and update CRM records; update tasks; and send product events into Vesso. Write endpoints enforce field allowlists so computed fields and system-managed values remain protected.
Added
Product event ingestion with idempotency
External systems can send customer or product activity through POST /v1/events. Events match to contacts by email, appear on the contact timeline, and support idempotency keys so retrying the same event does not create duplicate activity or duplicate downstream deliveries.
Added
Signed outbound webhooks
Outbound webhooks can deliver Vesso workspace activity to HTTPS receivers. Deliveries include HMAC signatures, timestamp checks, retry handling, and delivery records so teams can verify payloads and recover from receiver outages.
Added
Quotes and public quote links
Teams can compose quotes, track quote status, and share public quote links for buyer review while keeping quote context connected to accounts, opportunities, products, and orders.
Added
Revenue Integrity hub
The new Revenue Integrity surface helps teams monitor data health, review duplicate candidates, inspect reconciliation signals, and catch workflow misfires before they distort pipeline and revenue reporting.
Added
Pipeline stage gates
Admins can define required fields for sensitive pipeline stages and choose whether missing data blocks the move or warns the rep, giving revenue teams more control over forecast hygiene.
v2026.07.13 · July 13, 2026
This release ships a production cadence execution engine for multi-step outreach, gives revenue leaders configurable pipeline stage probabilities and forecast category mapping, introduces admin-level AI governance settings for meeting intelligence, adds rep-ready per-contact web research, and hardens meeting recording with progressive upload and crash recovery.
Sales · Pipeline · AI · Meetings · Governance · Billing · Platform
→Multi-step cadence execution with automated contact advancement through call, email, and LinkedIn touchpoints
→Sales pipeline admin controls with configurable stage probabilities, weighted pipeline values, and forecast category mapping
→Vee AI agent handles prospecting conversations in chat and returns structured action cards for created tasks, contacts, opportunities, and more
→Per-contact web research produces rep-ready briefs with verified emails and LinkedIn profiles from live web sources
→Multipart meeting recording with progressive S3 segment upload, retry queues, and automatic browser crash recovery
→AI workspace governance gives admins control over meeting intelligence types, notetaker auto-join behavior, bot naming, and consent messaging
→Subscription lifecycle management with cancellation countdown banners, one-click reactivation, and tiered feature gating
Added
Multi-step cadence execution engine
Cadences now execute as sequenced outreach plans. Each cadence supports call, email, and LinkedIn steps with configurable delays between touchpoints. Enrolling a contact auto-advances them through the sequence by creating tasks for the assigned rep at each step. This complements the AI cadence builder shipped in June by providing the engine that moves contacts through the sequence.
Added
Sales pipeline admin settings
Revenue operations teams can now configure default win probabilities per pipeline stage, enable weighted pipeline calculations, and map stages to forecast categories with confidence bands. These controls live in a new Pipeline Settings admin panel and feed directly into forecasting and reporting views.
Improved
Vee AI agent: prospecting in chat and structured action receipts
Vee can now run prospecting workflows directly in chat, including multi-phase account and contact research. When Vee creates a task, contact, opportunity, note, cadence enrollment, or calendar event, a structured action card confirms exactly what was created. Chat history now persists across sessions, and the greeting experience is more contextual.
Added
Per-contact web research and bulk enrichment
A new web research pipeline generates rep-ready briefs for individual contacts already in the workspace. Research results include verified emails and LinkedIn profiles, reported only when found verbatim on the web. Bulk enrichment is now available from the contacts list, and seniority mapping has been added to contact records for better org-chart context.
Improved
Meeting recording resilience
Recording now uploads in progressive 256KB segments on 15-second intervals to S3, with a retry queue for failed chunks. If the browser crashes or the page reloads mid-recording, a recovery card detects leftover vault data and offers options to resume, upload, or discard. The notetaker bot also persists across page reloads so live capture continues through recovery.
Added
AI workspace governance settings
Admins can now manage a curated allowlist of meeting intelligence types, configure notetaker auto-join behavior, set the bot display name, and define the consent message shown to participants. A new workspace AI policy hook enforces these settings across the application.
Added
Subscription lifecycle and tiered permissions
Workspaces with a pending cancellation now display a countdown banner with one-click resume for admins. Fully inactive subscriptions land on a dedicated reactivation page that confirms data remains available and routes admins to checkout. Upgrade prompts appear contextually when a workspace reaches credit, site, or event limits, and feature access is gated by subscription tier.
Added
Team chat threads
Chat now supports threaded conversations with full WebSocket delivery. Team members can reply in threads and forward thread messages to group channels. Thread history is persisted on the backend for continuity.
Improved
Platform stability and deployment safety
A new stale-chunk auto-reload mechanism detects dynamic import failures after deploys and refreshes the page automatically with a guard window to prevent loops. Google List-Unsubscribe headers are now included on transactional and campaign emails, with a resubscribe option for users who previously opted out. The dependency lockfile has been refreshed with zero npm audit vulnerabilities across the app and landing site.

Added
Buying committee expansion
Org-chart workflows can expand around a known contact or account to suggest additional buyer, influencer, evaluator, and executive roles that may belong in the deal plan.
Improved
Review-first enrichment controls
AI-sourced contact details are framed as reviewable research with confidence, source context, and duplicate checks before teams add them to the workspace.
Improved
Clearer prospecting workflow language
Customer-facing copy now emphasizes practical review steps: confirm the company/domain, inspect evidence, avoid duplicates, and enrich missing email or phone fields only when useful.

v2026.05.24 · May 24, 2026
The home dashboard was rebuilt around a Vee briefing, with drag-to-arrange tiles, card sizing and new chart types. Contacts gained a cockpit panel that shows enrichment, account context and an outreach tab in one place, and meeting follow-ups can now be refined with Vee before they go out.
Dashboard · Contacts · Meetings · AI Assistant · Mobile
→A rebuilt dashboard: Vee briefing up top, then KPIs, forecast gap, top accounts, upcoming meetings and recent activity as tiles you can drag, resize and swap
→New visualization options and a "mine / team" scope filter on dashboard numbers
→Contact cockpit: enrichment details, account context and an outreach tab on every contact record
→Refine a drafted follow-up email with Vee before sending it
→Right-click actions on calendar events and profile photos in the day view
→Meeting times shown in your local timezone across the dashboard, calendar and contact panels
→Mobile: chat message actions stay in view, and the file manager works on a phone
Added
Rebuilt home dashboard
The dashboard now opens on a Vee briefing, followed by a KPI strip, forecast gap, revenue trend, top accounts, today's meetings and recent activity. Tiles can be dragged into a new order, resized between compact and expanded, and swapped for other visualizations from an add-visualization picker. Company logos appear on top-account rows and a compact density mode fits more on one screen.
Added
Scope filter and new chart types
A "mine / team" scope strip filters every dashboard number to your own records or the whole workspace, and the add-visualization picker offers new chart types for the same metrics.
Added
Contact cockpit
Opening a contact now shows a cockpit panel: enrichment fields (title, seniority, location, social profiles), the parent account's details, and an outreach tab for drafting and tracking touches without leaving the record. Inline editing on the contact list gained additional columns.

Refine follow-ups with Vee
The follow-up panel on a recorded meeting can send the drafted email back to Vee with instructions (shorter, firmer, add pricing) and returns a revised draft in place.

v2026.05.17 · May 17, 2026

Added
Default methodology and auto-start
Settings gained a default conversation-intelligence methodology. When set, analysis starts on its own as soon as a recording completes, so scorecards are ready without a manual step.
Added
Speaker identification
Transcript lines are attributed to named participants rather than anonymous speaker labels, using the meeting roster.
Added
Transcript search
Global search now indexes meeting transcripts, so a phrase from a call finds the meeting and the moment it was said.
Added
Follow-up recommendations and task import
After a meeting, Vee suggests follow-up actions. Action items and decisions extracted from the call can be reviewed and imported as tasks, with the associations to the account and contact preserved.
Improved

Agenda editing, auto-scroll and modal backdrops were tightened in the calendar, the recording controls moved next to the notes, and dark mode styling was corrected across the insights panel and scorecard.
