Leaving Attio? Read this first.

Attio is a genuinely good CRM, and for some teams the right call is to stay. This page is the honest version of the comparison: verified pricing, the places Attio beats us, and the math on what consolidating your CRM, notetaker and outreach tools actually saves.

The short version

Who should pick what.

Stay with Attio if
  • →Your CRM is a bespoke system of record. Custom objects and true many-to-many relationships let you model funds, properties or partnerships. We cannot do that.
  • →You are 1 to 3 people and happy on their free tier. Free Attio with 50,000 records is a real product, not a trial.
  • →You already run a notetaker and outreach stack you like, and you want a CRM that stays out of the way.
  • →You need a mature, generally available product today, with a large integration catalog behind it.
Switch to Vesso if
  • →Selling happens in your CRM: calls, cadences, meetings and follow-up in one system instead of three.
  • →You are paying $79 per seat for people who only look at dashboards. Vesso viewer seats are free and unlimited.
  • →Your team records calls. Attio gates Call Intelligence behind its $79 Pro tier; Vesso includes unlimited recording and AI notes on every plan.
  • →You want one invoice instead of CRM plus notetaker plus prospecting data.

Bottom line: Attio is the better system of record for bespoke data models. Vesso is the better system of action for teams that live in calls and outreach. On pricing alone, a 10-person team saves about $5,600 a year, before it cancels a single other tool.

The receipts

The same 10-person team, priced twice.

Both columns use annual billing, the cheapest published rate on each side. Attio bills every seat. Vesso bills active users only, so execs and ops watching the pipeline cost nothing.

10 seats at the published $79/user annual rate

10 seats × $79/mo$790/mo
Viewer or exec seat$79 each
Notetaker, outreach, prospectingseparate tools
Total$9,480/yr

Monthly billing is $99/user, or $11,880/yr for the same 10 seats.

Vesso · Professional

Platform fee$99/mo
10 active × $29$290/mo

Attio rates are the annual-billing prices published Aug 18, 2026. Their $35 Plus tier exists but drops email sequences, Call Intelligence and advanced reporting, which is most of what a sales team is here for.

Credit where due

Where Attio genuinely beats us.

If we hid this section, you would be right not to trust the rest of the page. These are real advantages, and for some teams they are decisive.

01
A data model you can shape
Custom objects with true many-to-many relationships are Attio's signature feature, and the most common reason users love it. VCs model funds and LPs, agencies model engagements, proptech models buildings. Vesso gives you custom fields on standard CRM objects, not user-defined objects. If your business does not fit contacts, accounts and deals, Attio wins this outright.
02
Maturity and polish
Attio has been generally available for years, with a fast, Notion-like interface that reviewers consistently praise. New users are productive in hours. Vesso is years younger: real teams use it daily and it ships weekly, but you will hit rougher edges with us.
03
A real free tier
Free Attio covers 3 seats, 50,000 records, enrichment and API access. That is a working CRM at $0. Vesso starts at $49/mo, and our trial is 7 days, not forever.
04
API-first ecosystem
Attio's API and developer posture are strong, and product-led teams build serious internal tooling on it. Vesso has a public API, but Attio's surface area and third-party catalog are larger today.

The fine print

Two things the pricing pages won't tell you.

Attio quietly moved upmarket in July 2026

Attio raised prices in July 2026: Plus went from $29 to $35 per user and Pro from $69 to $79 on annual billing. Most comparison articles you will find still quote the old numbers. At $79 to $99 per seat, Attio now costs suite money while still being one tool: you are adding a notetaker at $15 to $25 per user, prospecting data at $49 and up, and somewhere for the team to talk. The stack total is what you should compare, not the CRM line alone.

Both of us meter AI. The models differ.

Attio refills two credit pools monthly: seat credits per user and a shared workspace pool that automations, bulk enrichment and AI blocks draw from. Pro gets 1,000 seat credits and 10,000 workspace credits. That pool is the effective ceiling on automation, and reviewers say it needs watching. Vesso also meters AI, and we publish every per-action price on our pricing page: 1 credit for a Vee reply, 3 for an email draft, 10 for a contact reveal. Recording, AI notes and prep briefs are never metered on any plan. We think flat per-action pricing is easier to predict. Read both pages and judge for yourself.

FAQ

Attio alternative questions, answered.

Is Vesso a good Attio alternative?

It depends on what you use Attio for. If Attio is your system of record with custom objects modeling a bespoke business, stay: Vesso does not do user-defined objects. If Attio is where your sales team tracks deals while calls, outreach and meeting notes live in other tools, Vesso replaces that whole stack with one workspace, and usually for less than Attio alone.

How does Vesso pricing compare to Attio?

Attio charges per seat: $35/user on Plus or $79/user on Pro with annual billing, and every seat pays. Vesso charges a platform fee plus a rate per active user ($99 + $29 on Professional), with unlimited free viewer seats. For 10 people on annual billing that is $9,480/yr on Attio Pro versus $3,890/yr on Vesso Professional, and the Vesso figure includes recording, cadences and prospecting.

Did Attio raise its prices in 2026?

Yes. In July 2026 the Plus tier moved from $29 to $35 per user and Pro from $69 to $79 on annual billing ($44 and $99 monthly). Many third-party comparison articles still show the old prices. The numbers on this page were verified from attio.com on Aug 18, 2026.

What would I give up by leaving Attio?

Honestly: custom objects and many-to-many relations, a bigger third-party integration catalog, a free tier for up to 3 seats, and the maturity of a product that has been generally available for years. If any of those are load-bearing for you, factor them in.

Can Vesso import my Attio data?

Yes. Every plan includes free migration support, and we help you map your accounts, contacts, deals and notes across. Custom objects need flattening into custom fields, which we will walk through with you before you commit.

Is Vesso generally available?

Yes. Vesso is generally available with self-serve signup. Start a free 7-day trial of the full platform today; no credit card is required. Add a card only when you choose a paid plan.
