Vesso Beta Update: The Product Is Getting Sharper and the Waitlist Is Moving
Real teams are in the product. They're pressure-testing workflows and helping us turn Vesso from a strong idea into a sharper operating system for GTM.

We didn't launch the beta so people could quietly poke around a polished demo. We launched it so the product could meet real workflows, real data, real calendar chaos, real account lists, and real follow-up gaps.
What We've Been Shipping
Since opening the beta, we've moved fast across the areas that decide whether a product feels reliable or fragile: CRM workflows, meeting intelligence, data quality, security, and the small details in between.
Meeting intelligence is getting more actionable. A meeting note that just sits there is overhead. The value shows up when a recorded conversation becomes a searchable transcript, a specific follow-up recommendation, and a tracked action item. Commitments made on a call shouldn't disappear into someone's memory or a doc nobody opens again.
Account data is getting cleaner. Better industry classification, SIC code resolution, SEC match verification, and stronger processing guardrails. GTM teams aren't short on data. They're short on clean context they can act on, and that's what we've been tightening.
Forecasting and revenue visibility are coming together. Quota management, revenue analytics, weighted pipeline projections, and snapshot comparisons, plus insight surfacing that flags deal risk, slipping forecasts, and stalled accounts. Vesso should do more than store GTM activity. It should show teams what's changing and what deserves attention while there's still a quarter left to change it.
The Feedback Loop Is Working
The best beta feedback isn't abstract. It sounds like:
"This workflow is close, but this step should be faster."
"I expected this to connect back to the account automatically."
"This meeting summary is useful, but the follow-up should be more specific."
That kind of feedback is gold. It tells us exactly where Vesso already helps and where it needs another pass.
Teams are done with disconnected point solutions. They want one place where accounts, meetings, tasks, analytics, campaigns, and AI work together, so nobody has to duct-tape the GTM stack themselves.
That's the product we're building.
What's Next for the Waitlist
The beta has held stable and the feedback loop is healthy, so we're getting ready to admit a much higher volume of people from the waitlist. We'll still do it deliberately, bringing in more teams while keeping the product stable and onboarding genuinely useful. The pace picks up soon.
If you're on the waitlist, one thing matters most: referrals get priority.
Higher referral numbers move you up as we expand access. If you're sharing Vesso with the GTM leaders, operators, founders, and RevOps people wrestling with the same problems, that signals you're the kind of user who helps shape the product, and we want you in first. The next wave is coming and we'll be prioritizing the people building the strongest early community around Vesso.
