Vesso AI Notetaker Is Live: Meetings That Become Follow-Through

Vesso now sends an AI notetaker into Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, or records bot-free from the browser. Either way it captures the conversation, runs conversation intelligence, and lets you steer Vee live while the call is still happening.

Vesso AI Notetaker Is Live: Meetings That Become Follow-Through

Most GTM teams already have more places to store meeting transcripts than they know what to do with. Call recordings, note docs, task lists, CRM fields, Slack threads, and someone's memory of what got promised five days ago. Useful context flows into all of them and then quietly sits there.

Capture was solved a long time ago. Continuity is the part that still breaks.

A customer confirms urgency. Someone commits to sending pricing. A champion hints at internal pressure. A blocker surfaces that nobody bothers to write down. Each of those moments matters for what it sets in motion, and archiving it is the easy part that changes nothing on its own.

A transcript captures what was said. Figuring out what matters now is a separate job, and a recording sitting in storage does nothing to move the next step forward.

So we built Vesso's AI Notetaker into the meeting workflow itself.

Vesso Can Now Join the Meeting for You

Open a meeting in Vesso, click Send Vesso Notetaker, and the bot joins the call on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. It records the conversation, captures the transcript, and brings the output back into the same event where the meeting already lives.

Notes, transcript, recording, action items, and conversation intelligence all land in the same place as the calendar event, account context, attendees, and follow-up workflow. Everything stays where the meeting already happened.

A good notetaker earns its place by making the inbox you already have more useful.

Bot or Bot-Free, Same Intelligence Either Way

Some calls want a visible notetaker in the room. The bot shows up as its own tile, everyone can see it, and consent is plain to every party on the call. Other calls want a lighter touch, so you record straight from the browser with nothing extra in the meeting. Vesso supports both, and you pick the model that fits the room.

Record from the browser and Vesso already gives you live transcript, AI-generated notes, action items, battle cards, talk-time nudges, and conversation intelligence. The bot-powered path feeds that same system.

When a notetaker meeting completes, Vesso runs the transcript and recording through the same intelligence pipeline that powers in-app recordings: structured notes, follow-up items, speaker labels, playback, methodology-based CI, sentiment, and talk-time analysis. Whichever path you pick, the meeting comes out the same.

Live Context While the Call Is Happening

Turn on realtime captions and the notetaker feeds Vesso's live meeting experience while the call is happening: live transcript, AI action items, battle cards, talk-time nudges, and goal tracking, all running whether or not the browser is the recording source.

A transcript earns its keep after the call. Live context earns it while there is still time to ask the sharper follow-up question.

Vee Follows Your Lead

Most meeting AI has one mode: listen now, summarize later. Vee takes direction in the moment.

Tell Vee what to watch for while the call is still going. Focus on pricing. Watch for procurement risk. Ask about renewal timing. Vee adjusts its suggestions, nudges, and tracked questions to match, so it spends the call on the thread you actually care about while that thread is still open.

When Vee surfaces a suggested move, it is something you can act on right then, while the moment is live. And when a suggestion misses, dismissing it sharpens the next one. A copilot you can correct is a copilot you will trust on a real call.

Built for the Follow-Through

The workflow after the meeting is the part I care about most.

Once the call ends, Vesso generates notes, extracts action items, runs conversation intelligence, and connects the output back to the event and related CRM context. The flow is:

  1. The meeting happens.
  2. The conversation is captured.
  3. The important moments are summarized and the action items become visible.
  4. The analysis connects back to the deal, account, or team workflow.
  5. The next step is easier to take.

The payoff is a team that knows what changed in the meeting and what to do about it.

Give an action item an owner and it becomes follow-up. Leave it ownerless and it quietly evaporates by Thursday.

Why This Matters

Revenue teams lose momentum in the handoff between conversation and execution.

A strong discovery call creates urgency, but the next step still needs an owner. A customer meeting surfaces risk, but someone still needs to act on it. A buyer explains the decision process, but that context still needs to make it back into the deal.

When the meeting layer sits apart from the CRM and workflow layer, all of that runs on manual effort. Someone copying notes, someone updating a field, someone remembering to follow up. We have a word for a system that runs on remembering: hope.

Every captured call also adds to a searchable record. Speaker labels, talk time, and sentiment persist across meetings, so a single conversation becomes a data point and a quarter of conversations becomes a coaching trend you can actually see.

Vesso's direction: meetings become structured GTM inputs automatically. They update the team's understanding of the account, expose the follow-up work, and preserve the context that helps people sell, support, renew, and forecast better.

What Is Live Now

  • Send the Vesso Notetaker into Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex
  • Bot-free browser recording with the same intelligence output
  • Bot status tracking from the event modal
  • Recording, transcript, and AI-generated meeting notes
  • Conversation intelligence with talk-time, sentiment, and methodology analysis
  • Steer Vee live: direct its focus, nudges, and tracked questions mid-call
  • Follow-up drafting through the existing pipeline
  • Optional realtime captions and live in-call assist
  • Pause/resume controls with a Vesso bot avatar tile in the meeting
  • Full recording playback archived in Vesso
  • Secure, shareable recording links
  • A searchable conversation library across every past meeting

One meeting system that runs the whole arc, from scheduled event to executed follow-up.

Connecting the Pieces

This release ties together several things we have been building toward: calendar, meeting capture, live assist, notes, conversation intelligence, CRM context, and follow-up.

Reps and operators used to stitch all of that together by hand. Now Vesso carries the meeting from scheduled event to live conversation to post-meeting execution, and keeps every one of those conversations searchable afterward.

Less tab-hopping. Less reconstruction. Less "who was going to handle that?" after the fact. More context captured at the source, all connected to the work that follows.

The AI Notetaker is live now.
