Turn every meeting into a working session

Drop a deck into a live call and Vee reads it. Filter a transcript down to one voice. Generate a whiteboard from the decisions. Export the call analysis as a real PDF.

Turn every meeting into a working session

The transcript is the smallest part of a meeting. The deck someone screen-shared, the pricing question a buyer asked twice, the decision that changed the roadmap, the work that starts when the call ends: the transcript catches almost none of it.

Vesso now keeps all of it attached to the meeting itself. Add source material while the call is live, filter the transcript to the voices that matter, generate a whiteboard from the decisions, and export the call analysis as a PDF.

Give Vee the material behind the conversation

Slides, pricing sheets, research, and screenshots carry details the calendar invite never mentions. Open Context files in the meeting view and add them while the call is running. Dragging a file anywhere onto the meeting workspace works too.

Vesso extracts text from PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, CSV, Markdown, and plain text, and reads images in PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF. Once a file finishes processing, Vee uses its contents alongside the live conversation. Ask what tier the customer is on and Vee answers from the pricing table you dropped in ninety seconds ago.

Each file stays attached to the meeting, so the context is still there when the team comes back to it.

Review the transcript by speaker

A long transcript is only useful if you can get to the right moment. When a recording has diarized audio and mapped participants, speaker chips appear above the transcript. Select one to isolate that person. Select several and they stack, so you can read two people's exchange without the rest of the room. Clear resets to everyone.

A sales leader pulls every question the buyer asked. A manager reads one rep's discovery, start to finish, without scrolling past four other voices.

That same speaker identity carries into talk-time and conversation intelligence.

Turn follow-up into a shared whiteboard

Some meeting outcomes are a list. Most are a sequence with owners and dependencies, which is harder to read as text.

After a call, choose Map next steps on a whiteboard and pick a layout. Workflow builds a dependency flowchart with decision points and milestones, the natural shape for a deal plan. Swimlanes gives every owner a lane, so an implementation handoff reads as who does what and in what order. Kanban lays project work out as Now, Next, and Later cards.

Vee drafts the board from the meeting's notes and action items, links it back to the source meeting, and hands the team a canvas they can edit together. Treat the generated board as a first pass: move cards, rename steps, and shape it around how the team actually executes.

Take conversation intelligence with you

A coaching session happens in a conference room with a manager who has never logged into Vesso. Account reviews and pipeline meetings run on shared decks and printed one-pagers. The analysis has to travel.

Export a populated analysis as a PDF. Depending on the meeting, the report carries a scorecard, coaching feedback, talk-time distribution, sentiment, topics in importance order, and flags with the signals behind them. The text is vector, so anyone reviewing it can select, search, and quote directly from the page.

Try it on a call you already know

If you have a recorded meeting in Vesso, open Calendar, pick that meeting, and try the speaker filters and whiteboard generation on a call you already know well. If your calendar is not connected yet, start there and the rest turns on as soon as your first meeting is recorded.
