Introducing Vesso Meet: start the call where the context already lives
Start a browser-based meeting from a Vesso conversation or calendar event, invite guests by link, work together on a shared whiteboard, and keep the recap connected to the account and opportunity.

Browser-based meetings inside Vesso, connected to the people, accounts, opportunities and follow-ups the conversation is actually about.
A prospect replies to a thread with three questions that would take six messages to answer badly and one call to answer well. Starting the call is the easy part. What eats the afternoon is everything wrapped around it: pulling up the account before you join, digging for the last two conversations and the open opportunity, then reassembling decisions, owners and next steps into the record once everyone hangs up, usually from memory and a recording nobody wants to scrub through.
Vesso Meet puts the video call inside the workspace where that context already lives, so the meeting starts from the record and the output lands back on it.
Start a meeting in about the time it takes to type a reply
When a thread needs a voice, start a Vesso Meet straight from the conversation. When the call is planned, create the calendar event and set Vesso Meet as the location. Vesso generates the link and has the room ready either way.
Before anyone joins, participants land on a pre-join screen where they can preview their camera, check their microphone, switch devices, play a test sound and decide whether to walk in muted or on camera. On Chrome and Edge, noise suppression and background blur are available from the same screen.
Guests join with a browser and a first name
Share the link with a customer, a prospect, a partner, an implementation contractor, anyone you want in the room. They open it in a browser, enter their name, check their setup and ask to join, and the waiting room leaves the host deciding who comes in. Once admitted, guests join the same live call surface as your colleagues, which makes the jump from an internal working session to a customer conversation a matter of forwarding a link.
A whiteboard that stays with the meeting
The shared whiteboard gives everyone somewhere to think out loud in pictures: map an org, sketch a rollout sequence, cluster feedback, argue about a workflow by drawing it. Because the board belongs to the meeting rather than to a separate app, what gets drawn survives the call and stays with the rest of the meeting's record.
Alongside it, Vesso Meet carries what you would expect in the room:
- Screen sharing
- Hand raising and reactions
- Live captions
- Participant and host controls
- Camera and microphone controls
- Layouts that hold up from a laptop to a phone
Vee turns the call into a record, not a recording
When Vee notes are active, everyone in the room sees a clear notice, and anyone can follow along with live captions. The final recap and Vee's internal insights stay inside the host team's Vesso workspace.
Vee captures the discussion for the host team and shapes it into a recap: what was decided, what was asked, what someone committed to. That recap stays attached to the calendar event and, when the meeting is linked, to the account and opportunity it came from. The next person to open the record can read the outcome in thirty seconds rather than requesting a link to a ninety-minute video.
Meet where the work already happens
Before the call, you prepare from the record. During the call, you meet and draw and decide with anyone you can send a link to. After the call, the conversation is already filed against the customer it belongs to and pointed at the next step, which is the part that usually costs a Friday afternoon.
Start a Vesso Meet from a conversation or calendar event in your workspace or anywhere in the app via the 'add new' button in the header.
